Booth rent is $1.50 per square foot. Booths are separated into extra small, small, medium, large and extra large booths. There is a 3% charge to cover credit card transactions plus a 2% commission fee.
Typically, rent and fees are taken out of sales and the remainder is given in checks at the beginning of each month. Vendors are asked to work one monthly shift (3.5 hours), helping customers on the floor.
We have a team approach, allowing vendors to work on the booths anytime we are open. The shop is responsible for collecting and submitting state taxes on a monthly basis. Contracts are month to month and we ask for a 30-day notice before ending a lease.
